If you are not happy with the service provided you should let us and the freelancer know as soon as possible.
When a payment is made or scheduled and you’re not satisfied, you should dispute within fourteen days after purchase by notifying the freelancer or advisor via our platform.
You should discuss and negotiate directly aiming to resolve any dispute in good faith. Once the dispute is resolved and it includes an adjustment in the fee, you will inform HelloMaaS and we will take care of it.
If you are unable to resolve a dispute within fourteen days, you should contact us.
